What To Avoid When Taking Metformin | Drug Interactions | Pharmacology
Metformin is a medication used to reduce or lower blood glucose levels. Metformin is used for the treatment of type 2 diabetes and polycystic ovary syndrome, among other conditions. Unfortunately, metformin can cause a variety of mild and severe side effects, including lactic acidosis. Certain foods, beverages and other medications can increase the risk of side effects from metformin.

Never take metformin.
You can reverse diabetes only if you have not taken metformin.
Take 5 leaves of sadabahar plant along with a flower. empty stomach in the morning. After taking it dont eat anything for half an hour. You can take water.
Diabetes will be gone.
Eat it daily till you live you will never get diabetes
I am taking metformin already when I consult a Dr. for blood test. He asked me how many mg my metformin. When I told Him 500 mg, He add glimiferide and I felt hypoglycemia.
When I meet Him again I challenged Him for a fistfight.
Why am I still growing fat whiles am taking metformin….
It is a little vague so, can you be more specific. Without knowing what chemical exactly is in Grapefruit that is allegedly not present in any other fruit and affects Metformin, we can't be sure we are not eating it with some other food. Maybe it is also in oranges, lime, lemons, blood oranges?
I just took my first tablet today and it's for hormone, the doctors are thinking it's pcos, and I have a high testosterone level, so can anyone older than me who has something similar (I'm 16) tell me their experiences?

There are many Metformin generics approved by the FDA, and they are not all the same.
After having frightful GI symptoms from one of the generics made in India (and later recalled by the FDA), I stumbled across the generic Metformin ER made by Oceanside, which has no obvious side effects.
If everyone just ate real food no one would be sick.
Its poison. I'm glad I stop using it. My health got better. I think doctors dont know anything about the human body and they just pump us full of drugs. I will never listen to a so called medical professional.
