My screen looks different the 1 2 3 appear in small rectangles at the bottom of the screen, not in big circles as shown here, also the big T does nothing when I touch it, why is that?

I was contacted by 2 people regarding a new pump, Spencer Lamb &
Wesley Royce Santos. After 2 months and sending my insurance &
glucose info, and being asked if I'd sent it (?), I’m being ghosted. My
calls, emails, texts not returned. This is how you treat people with
serious health concerns? This was before our national health crisis; it
could have already been finished and I wouldn't have had mounting
concerns about my already compromised immune system.
