Inspirational Indeed, i would Just like to state that Type 2 Diabetes, cannot be reversed, once you have it , you have it, the main indicator is the Insulin resistance. The person with Type 2 Diabetes has decimated his insulin resistance so much so that the body cannot process more than average sugar intake. Once you are diagnosed you cannot reverse it, you can only control your Blood Sugar. Once you start living a Diabetes avoiding life style you cannot "Reverse" it.

He didn't reverse type 2 diabetes. He just ate food with low glycemic index. Consequently the sugar level shows to be low.
