    Thoughts on Ascarbose?

I love love love my farxiga and it seems to be the only thing that works for me. Metformin doesn’t .. but it causes huge dehydration. And when I up my salt my blood pressure goes too high … it’s a huge conundrum 😢

This so much information I can't figure out what is your first choice. And thank you for saying that diebetes isn't as simple as sugar. I have hemochromotosis which threw a spanner in the wheel to my liver as well as thyroid. I have regular phlebotomy. My a1c is 8.9. I can't figure out diet because I have kept a check on everything I eat and my sugar going up or down does not make any sense to the results of my diet. That's when I knew this isn't a clear cut illness. I take no medications for it they make me severely sick and unable to be functional

Vitamin B12 and diabetic medicines are two separate types of treatments that may be prescribed for individuals with diabetes. Vitamin B12 is an essential nutrient that plays a crucial role in the functioning of the nervous system, the production of red blood cells, and the metabolism of energy from food. Some studies have suggested that individuals with diabetes may have an increased risk of vitamin B12 deficiency, which could lead to symptoms such as fatigue, weakness, and numbness or tingling in the hands and feet.

Diabetic medicines, on the other hand, are medications that are used to help control blood sugar levels in individuals with diabetes. There are several different types of diabetic medicines, including insulin, which is a hormone that helps regulate blood sugar levels, and oral medications such as metformin, sulfonylureas, and thiazolidinediones.

While there is no direct interaction between vitamin B12 and diabetic medicines, it is important for individuals with diabetes to make sure they are getting enough vitamin B12 in their diet or through supplements, as a deficiency can lead to symptoms that may worsen their diabetes control. Additionally, some diabetic medicines may affect the absorption or metabolism of vitamin B12, so it is important to discuss any concerns with a healthcare provider.
